Recipes and the Raw Material Matrix
In Micromix, the raw material matrix and recipes are managed in a smart and quickly accessible way.
For example, it is possible to extract supplements from compositions and add them as a supplement raw material to an existing recipe.
The label of the recipe containing this supplement raw material is automatically updated.
If the raw material matrix or prices change, these supplements can be automatically updated in the analysis and price.
Labeling
Micromix uses a highly flexible and automated system for labels and product specifications.
With label templates, it is possible to create different labels from one composition. Labels can be easily translated into various languages, and multiple languages can be printed on one label.
If you want next-level labeling, this module can be linked with printing software such as Loftware (nicelabel)
Speed
Current processors can perform multiple calculations simultaneously.
Micromix makes optimal use of your hardware by applying multithreading.
Turbo
From optimization, with one click, send your composition to administration, to the factory, or to the ration program? The turbo button is the fast route.
The derived recipe receives its mixing order from its linked recipe. Derived recipes can be used in all parts of the program.
With report distributions, nested tasks can be created. Micromix performs printing to a printer, saving as PDF, and emailing to a customer in one action.
Do you need a specific list that is not standard in Micromix? Query reports make that possible.
Do you want an overview of several compositions with the analysis for the advisor? Reporting mixing orders makes this possible.
Assigning surcharges, price corrections, or combining price lists makes it possible to achieve any piece of price-technical customization.
Exporting the composition to multiple production locations is standard in Micromix.
Do you have a collaboration with partners? Exchanging the composition (raw materials, labels, MINAS data, prices) to and from another Micromix database or a third-party database is one of the possibilities.
Adjusting multiple recipes in one action is made possible with the batch processing and multi-edit function.
Micromix can be used in multiple languages with the language module.
Simultaneous access to the program for multiple users is possible with the Multi-user module.
